Out of Stock PolicySome items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock; you may either change and/or cancel your order.
Return Policy
You may return any products which are spoiled, defective or unopened within 15 days for exchanges or refunds. To return a product:
- Please call us at 650-283-3797 within 15 days of purchase to get a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
- Return the merchandise to our warehouse (call for address).
- Enclose a copy of your Order Confirmation e-mail with the items to be returned.
- Shipping fees are non refundable, unless the products were spoiled or defective.
Please submit all cancellation requests via email or phone, as soon as possible and include all the information you received in your order confirmation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders ship about 2 business days after they are placed.
