Shipping and Handling
As part of World Centric’s continuing efforts to provide superior products and services, we are happy to announce free ground shipping on orders with a product total over $75 in the continental United States. If your order meets or exceeds $75 (before tax), you qualify for our new free ground shipping option. Choose the free ground shipping option at checkout.
*This offer is only valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States; not valid in Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico or for international orders. Please note, Ground cannot be sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO/Military addresses.
Orders may ship from multiple locations. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) from the time you place your order. Please contact customer service at 650.739.0699, option 0 for information about placing or processing your order. In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a used box.
World Centric will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th in observance of Thanksgiving. Please note, any orders placed after 3pm Tuesday, November 26th will not ship until Monday, December 2nd and any orders placed after 3pm Wednesday, November 27th will not ship until Tuesday, December 3rd. Please also note that UPS observes both days for Thanksgiving so they are not included as service days (for pickups, deliveries and time in transit to you). You should receive an email confirmation from UPS.com the day your order ships. This should contain your tracking number which you should keep for your records. Please keep in mind that your order ships in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
World Centric offers a pick-up option for larger (bulk) orders. Please contact customer service at 650-283-3797, option 0 for information regarding pickup.
All International orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer. Available shipping methods for international destinations are online in our webstore/shopping cart. World Centric is not responsible for additional charges associated with customs duties, import taxes, import fees, transit times, or customs clearance.
Approximate Processing and Transit Times
Processing time is 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed (after 1-2 business days), the approximate transit time for UPS Ground from our location is shown below (actual transit time may vary):
If your shipping destination is located in a 4-5 day area and you’d like the package to arrive sooner, you may choose UPS 2nd or 3rd Day air to expedite the shipping process. It will still leave the warehouse within 1-2 days; however it will take a total of 2-3 days to arrive once shipped, rather than 4-5 days.
