Shipping and Handling

Orders ship from our warehouse in San Leandro, CA (Accu-Logistics, 2031 Burroughs Ave, San Leandro, CA 94577) in about 1-2 business days (World Centric is closed Saturdays and Sundays). In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a used box.

Holiday Schedule

World Centric main office will be not be observing any holidays until Memorial Day, May 31st.

Tracking Orders
You should receive an email confirmation from UPS.com the day your order ships. This should contain your tracking number which you should keep for your records. Please keep in mind that your order ships in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Pickup for Online Orders
Orders may be picked up from the warehouse between 1:00-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, for a $10.00 surcharge. Orders placed before 3pm will be available for pickup after 1 business days, while orders placed after 3pm will be available for pickup after 2 business days. Items cannot be exchanged or returned during pickup. Please call 650-283-3797 to speak with a Customer Service Representative regarding exchanges and returns.

Shipping for orders less than 200lbs
We ship via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping charges are retrieved from UPS & USPS and based on the weight of your shipment.

Approximate Processing and Transit Times
Processing time is 1-2 business days after the order is placed. The approximate transit time for UPS Ground from our location is shown below (actual transit time may vary):

If your shipping destination is located in a 4-5 day area and you’d like the package to arrive sooner, you may choose UPS 2nd or 3rd Day air to expedite the shipping process. It will still leave the warehouse within 1-2 days; however it will take a total of 2-3 days to arrive once shipped, rather than 4-5 days.
