World Centric® Terms and Conditions
A minimum order with a subtotal (before shipping and tax) of $25.00 is required, as it is not sustainable for us to process orders below this amount. Sample boxes and toothbrushes are excluded from the above minimum.
Shipping and Handling
Orders may ship from multiple locations via UPS, USPS and truck freight. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) from the time you place your order. Transit time varies based on final destination and can be located here. Please contact customer service at (707)241-9190 for estimated costs for shipping larger shipments.
Pick up Orders
World Centric® offers a pick-up option for larger (bulk) orders. Please contact customer service at (707)241-9190 for information about picking up.
Cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email, fax or phone at (707)241-9190. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders are shipped 1- 2 business days after order confirmation.
World Centric® will refund damaged goods, if notified within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
Purchased goods may also be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required, before merchandise can be returned for credit. Please call (707)241-9190 for a RMA number. Returned items must be in unopened and in original packing. Shipping costs (both ways) for refunds are non refundable and buyer's responsibility.
International orders and shipments
All International orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer. World Centric® is not responsible for additional charges associated with customs duties, import taxes, import fees, transit times or customs clearance.
