Description
You can feel good about buying our heat resistant utensils which are now available for everyday use. Offered in packs of 24 forks, knives, spoons and assorted, these utensils are made from 70% non-GMO corn and 30% talc and come in boxes made from recycled paperboard. They also break down in a commercial composting system in 6 months, although home composting is not recommended because they need heat to fully biodegrade. The annually renewable resources they are made of aren’t the only thing that makes them special, they also take half the energy it takes to make one plastic utensil. As if that weren’t enough, we also donate 25% of profits to grassroots social and environmental organizations. So for your next picnic or family get together, keep these utensils made from plants, not petroleum in mind.
