Using Worms in Compost
Worm composting is a method for recycling food waste into a rich soil conditioner thereby allowing us to return badly needed organic matter to the earth. The worms consume organic matter, which passes through their bodies. The end result is vermicompost (worm compost) that is perfect for a garden. Best of all, this process can be done year round both indoors and outdoors in relatively small spaces.
